Hearing over motorcycle crash death
The inquest into the death of a West Farleigh man in a motorbike accident has been opened and adjourned.
Ian Hodgson died on the A228 Branbridges Road near the Hop Farm on Sunday, August 7, after his sports bike crashed just after 7pm.
The 46-year-old dad-of-two was pronounced dead at the scene.
Coroner’s officers will review the case in October. A preinquest review will then be held to set the scope of the investigation.
In the meantime, a celebration of Mr Hodgson’s life will take place on Tuesday, August 30, at Vinters Park Crematorium.
