Building new roads not the answer

All the same arguments were put forward for the building of the Dartford Bridge but little more than 20 years later we are back to square one again. Building new roads is at best a short-term solution and sooner or later we are going to have to find a more long-term solution, traffic levels just cannot be allowed continue to increasing unabated.
