Mum and son both critical
A devastating crash has torn a young family apart, left a devoted dad dead and his wife and young son fighting for their lives.
Popular Paddy Nolan, 29, was killed in the tragic accident on the A2 near Canterbury on Thursday afternoon.
His wife Bab, 21, and twoyear- old son David were airlifted to separate London hospitals, with both still in critical condition as we went to press.
Mr Nolan and his family are thought to have been in a black pick-up truck towing a caravan at the time of the crash.
At one stage both carriageways of the busy road were closed, with traffic heavily backed up in both directions.
