Legal aid for tourism group

A tourism agency which promotes Kent has won its first corporate investor.

Visit Kent has the support of Maidstone law firm Brachers.

The corporate investor scheme will see the firm pay an annual subscription to the agency in return for marketing, research, PR, digital and funding advice from the expert tourism team.

Visit Kent already has more than 150 investors from across the industry and local authorities and has welcomed 10 new backers so far this year.

Chief executive Sandra Matthews-Marsh said: “Brachers has a long history in Kent working with various visitor attractions, food producers, transport companies and local government and we know it will offer excellent support to our tourism investors.
