Brendan Russell settled a seven-goal thriller with an extra-time winner as Eccles beat Aylesford 4-3 in the Maidstone Charity Cup.
Matt Terry gave Eccles an early lead in the Senior Section tie, made it two with a penalty and completed his hat-trick after the break.
Aylesford replied with two quick goals and were piling on the pressure when one of their players suffered a suspected broken ankle in a tackle.
The game restarted with Aylesford scoring a superb third to take the tie to extra-time.
Both teams had chances before substitute Russell’s Alex Waugh 2 Danny Walker Barry Champbell 2 Ben Whitehead winner minutes.
West Farleigh Reserves beat Lenham Wanderers Reserves on penalties after a 4- 4 draw in Group B of the Challenge Cup.
Josh Conlon twice headed Lenham in front but Farleigh were 3-2 up by half-time.

Constantin Scarlat scored a hat-trick as Parkwood Jupitors advanced with a 6-3 comeback victory over Maidstone Athletic.
Parkwood led through Sorin Tabacarci but were 3-1 down early in the second half.
