Terry cancelled out Headcorn’s early opener, then Eccles went 2-1 up with a Stuart Warwick penalty.
Back came Headcorn but Terry made it 3-2 with 10 minutes left.
Lenham Wanderers conceded after five minutes in a 3-1 defeat at Hollingbourne.
They responded by hitting the bar but Bourne doubled their lead early in the second half.
Lenham changes paid off when Joe Walker finished a good move, only for Bourne to add a late third.
Alex Waugh scored five times as Malgo beat Sittingbourne Lions 9-1. Barry Campbell (3) and Tom Grigg completed the scoring.
