Thug sentenced

A man who assaulted a woman in Brenchley Gardens, Maidstone, has been given a 120-day jail term, suspended for two years. Michael Kidner, 34, of Allnutt Mill Close, Maidstone, admitted common assault and must pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
