Winners share the limelight

The Mote and Leeds & Broomfield were among the winners at this season’s Shepherd Neame Kent Cricket League awards. The Mote’s William Thirkell (pictured right) was top bowler in the Division 1 1st XI category, with 30 wickets and was presented with his award by Kent chief executive Jamie Clifford. In Division 3 1st XI, Leeds & Broomfield’s Max Aitken (above) took the batting honours with 758 runs. Kent and England spinner James Tredwell presented the award.
