Gun sentence

A man who was arrested in Maidstone town centre with a gas gun was given a suspended jail sentence. Barry Bonner, 39, of Square Hill Road, admitted possession of a weapon in a public place after being caught in Week Street last month. He was sentenced to 120 days in prison, suspended for a year, and must pay £200.
