Bavarian music and beer pulling in the crowds
The Bierkeller opened on the first weekend of this month and has drawn big crowds ever since, with its live oompah music and wide selection of beer offering an alternative for revellers.
Long wooden benches fill the venue, which punters are invited to dance on as Bavarian music blasts out on Friday and Saturday nights.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays there’s a change of pace, with a quiz night and two for one beer and pizza deals and then a live music event.
Duncan Squires, marketing manager, said: “It’s been a huge success so far and the feedback has been great, the company are really happy with it.”
