Grand old story time
Children attending this month’s Story and Rhyme Time at Yalding Library in the High Street were entranced by the tale of the Owl Babies.
Afterwards they enjoyed singing the Grand Old Duke of York and learning about counting with the story of One Mole Digging A Hole.
The sessions are led by volunteer Claire Morrison and are free to all under fives, who must be accompanied by a parent.
Story and Rhyme Time takes place on the first Monday of every month, from 2.15pm to 2.45pm. No booking is necessary, just turn up.
