I fear severe water shortage

Does anyone else think we could be heading for a severe water shortage in mid Kent?

We live in the driest part of the county and Bewl Water is already low so what are the aquifers like? In view of the massive unprecedented number of houses scheduled to be built there will be at least 100,000 extra
