Scouts get ready to perform Billy Elliot

Maidstone Scouts are deep in rehearsals for the Gang Show. It will be held at the Hazlitt Theatre in Earl Street, Maidstone, and is a tradition dating from the early 1960s. It is now held every other year. It will run from April 11 to April 15. The 90 or so performers have been rehearsing since September. The audience will be able to look forward to a potted version of the ballet show Billy Elliot plus the Scouts’ very own version of the West End musical Stomp!
