Tasty week of culture fun

-

Pupils had fun studying different cultures with a fun day of food, music and art activities. The students at Loose Primary School, in Loose Road, learnt about different countries, including Poland, Italy, France, Bulgaria, India and Holland. Parents were invited to teach children about their own places of origin and languages. Ingrid Dutch, family and communities manager, said: “There was a range of different activities including food tasting, learning about famous composers, key events that happen within the country and art activities. Our kitchen organised a different country’s dish each day and children filled out a passport with stickers for each meal they tried.” Lowen.
