Castle Colts beat K Sports 4-2 in the Challenge Cup final at the Gallagher Stadium on Friday.

Sports should have led on 14 minutes but Joe Lewis missed from the penalty spot.

Chris Pett headed Colts in front on 39 minutes and Dan Cordice made it two from the edge of the area before the break.

Matthew Lindley got Sports back in the game but Colts went straight down the other end with Ash Perry’s cross fumbled over the line by keeper Phil Lewis.

An own goal gave Sports hope but Colts completed victory when Mark Barrett rounded Lewis.

Fisherman’s Arms won a fivegoal Premier Division thriller against Aylesford. Richard Connelly opened the scoring for the Fish but Andy Parker soon levelled.

Brett Ince restored the lead at the start of the second half but back came Aylesford again with midfielder James Church finishing a fine move.

Ince ran clear to score the Fish winner 10 minutes from time.

Hollingbourne’s title hopes are alive after a 5-3 home win over Park Royal. Steve Alexander scored a hat-trick, with two own goals completing their tally.

East Malling claimed an excellent 4-2 away win against Larkfield Green.
