Art at the barn

There will be more than 400 works by dozens of artists, potters and sculptors at the Pilgrims Way Art Show.

It will be held at The Tithe Barn off Village Square in Lenham from 10am to 6pm, from Friday, May 19 until Monday, May 29, when it will close at 4pm. Entry is free.

Flags are expected to be plentiful as soldiers from 36 Engineers parade through the town centre of Maidstone next month
