Francis scores on full England debut

COCKRILL STORMS TO VICTORY AFTER POOR START

Former Maidstone player Piers Francis made his full debut for the senior England team on Saturday. The 26-year-old scored a try as Eddie Jones’ side beat Argentina 35-25 to complete a 2- 0 Test series victory in Santa Fe. Francis has spent much of his club career in New Zealand but is now eligible to play for England after he agreed a move to Premiership side Northampton Saints for the 2017-18 season.
