After brisk sales, just 22 homes from the first phase are now still available, with a second phase due to be released in 2018.

Current prices start at £239,950 for the two-bedroom semi-detached Aylesham. The three-bedroom terraced Rochester is priced at £280,000. The four-bedroom detached Gloucester is £330,000. The five-bedroom detached Dedham is priced at £550,000 and has a similar layout to the Sandringham show home. All homes come with a 10-year warranty. For information ring selling agent Ward & Partners on 01304 214876. Buyers who may be struggling to sell their old home can quickly secure a property at Richmond Park with the help of the developer’s Make Your Move scheme.

The scheme ensures a good price for the buyer’s existing home and the developer will pay estate agent fees of up to £3,000.

When you have chosen and secured your new home for a specified period, selling agent Ward and Partners will inspect your current home, arrange for an independent valuation and a realistic selling price for your home will be suggested.

You may then reserve your chosen home at Richmond Park and will need to pay a reservation fee of between £500 to £1,000. This will secure your new home for a specified period.

Ward and Partners will aim to sell your existing home within a preagreed timescale and a solicitor and mortgage broker will be appointed, with your agreement.

Should your current home remain unsold at the end of the agreed selling period, the deposit will be refunded, or the selling period will be extended.

The government-backed Helpto-Buy low deposit scheme is also available.

David Bryant. chief executive of Halsbury Homes says: “We aim to ensure that every Halsbury home owner is totally satisfied with their property. That includes making sure the complete house-buying process is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, from initial reservation through to completion and moving in.”
