Woman denies harassing ex
A woman accused of stalking her former girlfriend has denied the charge.
Appearing at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 34-year-old Kirsty Harris pleaded not guilty to harassing her ex in Maidstone between April and May..
Harris, of Appledore Road in Gillingham is accused of applying for a loan, setting up three Instagram accounts and requesting information for Age UK, all in her former partner’s name. It is also alleged she contacted her former partner posing as someone else, asking to meet with her, left her numerous missed calls, interfered with her Facebook password, and cancelled bill payments on her Paypal account.
The pair had ended their relationship in March, it was heard. The trial has been set for February 15, at Medway Magistrates’ Court.
