SATURDAY: The day will start with patchy frost in the countryside, with minimum temperatures down to 0 c/ 32 f. Towns and coastal areas will remain frost-free. Winds will be westerly at 2–7mph, with temperatures in sunny spells reaching 11 c/ 52 f. SUNDAY: It will be a frosty start in rural parts, so a bright one for Armistice Day services. Cloud will build by late morning. There will be a few sunny spells in the afternoon. Wind will be westerly at 3–8mph. Temperatures will struggle to break into double figures. MONDAY to WEDNESDAY: Mostly dry. Cloudy by day, with the odd brighter spell. If cloud breaks, there could be the risk of frost. Winds will be quite variable from the south west to north west. Temperatures will be close to average at 10–12 c/ 50 - 54 f. Cheeky chappie Reggie is searching for a home with his girlfriend Tiny. This gorgeous pair, which could go together or be integrated with a group of ferrets, would need a large cage with lots of hidey holes to explore and toys to investigate. An owner with experience of ferrets is recommended as they can be a little cheeky when being handled, but this should improve with a bit of socialisation. They would be suitable for families with older schoolage children.
If you think you could offer Reggie and Tiny a home, call Leybourne RSPCA Animal Rescue Centre on 0300 123 0751.
