Upchurch’s reply was thwarted by Scott Gallagher’s 4-32 as they were limited to seven single-digit scores.

Opener Nicholas Nelson top scored with 61 but his side fell short on 141 all out.

Linden Park beat St Lawrence & Highland Court by 26 runs after defending their score of 166 all out.

Choosing to bat, Park saw Tom Corner top score with 40 and Daniel Corner contribute­d 33. Both were dismissed by a dominant Charley Nash, who picked up 5-36 from his 10 overs to help dismiss the visitors in 45.4 overs.

Max Campbell then took 6-28 to limit St Lawrence’s reply to 140 all out. Nash (34) and Will Heywood (33) did well but lacked support from their team-mates. Christophe­r Williams fired an unbeaten 104 to lead Tunbridge Wells to a fourwicket victory at Canterbury. Invited to bat first, Canterbury skipper Isaac Dilkes and Bradley Goldsack put on 69 for the first wicket. Justin MacVicar (35) helped the hosts to 156-5 but Canterbury then lost five wickets for just 23 runs to finish all out on 179.

Williams spearheade­d the reply to take Tunbridge to a winning score of 181-6 with more than 12 overs to spare, despite Ben Rutherford picking up 3-19.

Bexley won by 65 runs in their clash with Bickley Park thanks to Matt Cross’ superb 141 from 145 balls.

Winning the toss, leaders Bexley looked in good shape as Cross was supported by Shaun Evans (24), George Haley (25) and Adam Riley

(27 not out) in a score of 257-6. Bickley were 35-3 in reply after losing Warren Lee for just three and Alex Moen and skipper Daniel Magin for 12 apiece.

Their best hopes came through an 89-run partnershi­p between Adeel Malik (73) and Michael

Ridley (31), both of whom were dismissed by Calum MacLeod (3-28) as Bickley fell short on 192 all out.

Four wickets from Karl Pearson helped Sevenoaks beat HSBC by 60 runs.

Kent’s Adam Rouse contribute­d a top score of

54, alongside 47 from Miles Richardson, as Sevenoaks made 235-8.

Alan Slater top scored for HSBC on 55, but Pearson took 4-17 from six overs as HSBC were bowled out for 175. Sandwich lost by four wickets at home to secondplac­ed Beckenham.

The hosts found themselves 7-3 early on as Will MacVicar claimed the wickets of Zack Fagg, Finley Beaman and Jordan Cox.

Having seen top order wickets tumble around him, Tom Chapman battled to 69 from 104 deliveries but was finally caught by James Balmforth off the bowling of MacVicar, who finished with 5-38.

Jan Gray struck an unbeaten 56 to lift Sandwich to a respectabl­e 190-9.

Beckenham were led by three half-centuries as they chased down a victory target of 191, Dan Hardy (54) and MacVicar (50) laying the foundation­s. Johan Malcolm contribute­d an unbeaten 55 to help seal the win with four balls remaining.
