carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Stone Street, Faversham, on or after 1st June 2022 for up to 6 nights between the hours of 19:00 and 05:00 or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between the junctions with South Road and Preston Street, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via South Road, North Lane, Conduit Street, Quay Lane, Court Street, Crescent Road, Newton Road, Station Road, Preston Street and vice

versa.

WISES LANE, BORDEN (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER MAY 2022

To allow gas main connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibitin­g

through traffic on part of Wises Lane, Borden, on or after 30th May 2022 for up to 82 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between the junctions with A2 London Road and Dental Close, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via Wises Lane, The Street, Borden Lane, A2 London Road and vice versa.

TONBRIDGE & MALLING AREA A227 GRAVESEND ROAD, WROTHAM (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER JUNE 2022

To allow works to be carried out on a section 81, Kent County Council intends to make an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of A227 Gravesend Road, Wrotham, on or after 14th June 2022 for up to 1 night between the hours of 19:00 and 05:00, or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed in the general vicinity of Wykendene, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via Vigo Hill, Taylors Lane, Addington Lane, Trottiscli­ffe Road, A20 London

Road, Maidstone Road, Wrotham Heath Roundabout,

Gravesend Road and vice versa.

BLACKMANS LANE, HADLOW & HARTLAKE ROAD, GOLDEN GREEN (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER MAY 2022

To allow gas main replacemen­t works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Blackmans Lane, Hadlow & Hartlake Road, Golden Green, on or after 30th May 2022, with estimated completion by 21st October 2022, or until the works have been completed.

The works will be carried out in phases, as detailed below.

Phase 1

Blackmans Lane, Hadlow will be closed from 30th May

2022, with estimated completion by 7th October 2022. The road will be closed between the junctions with

A26 Tonbridge Road and Three Elm Lane, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route for any through traffic is via A26 Tonbridge Road, Hadlow Road East, Three Elm Lane and vice versa.

Phase 2

Hartlake Road, Golden Green will be closed from 3rd October 2022, with estimated completion by 21st October 2022.

The road will be closed from the junction with Three Elm Lane to outside Goldenhill House, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via B2017 Tudeley Road, A26

Woodgate Way, Vale Rise, Vale Road, Cannon Lane, Hadlow Road, Cornwallis Avenue, Hadlow Road East, Three Elm Lane and vice versa.

EAST STREET, TONBRIDGE (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER JUNE 2022

To allow clearance works on ducting to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of East Street, Tonbridge, on or after 17th June 2022 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed from outside number 12 to

outside number 1 to 6, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The one-way Order on East Street will be temporaril­y suspended, between the junctions with Church Street

and B2260 High Street, to allow for access.

The alternativ­e route is via B2206 High Street, Bordyke and East Street.

GOLDFINCH CLOSE, LARKFIELD (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER MAY 2022

To allow ducting works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Goldfinch Close, Larkfield on or after 31st May 2022 for up to 3 days between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed from outside number 1 to

outside number 3, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

There is no alternativ­e route for this closure, due to the road being a dead-end. However, residentia­l access will

be maintained at all times, when it is safe to do so.

LONG MILL LANE, PLAXTOL (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER MAY 2022

To allow pole testing works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Long Mill Lane, Plaxtol, on or after 3rd

June 2022 for up to 1 day between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed at the junction with Dux Lane for 250 metres east, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via Dux Lane, Dux Hill, Bourne Lane, Winfield Lane, Basted Lane, Long Mill Lane and vice versa.

PINE TREE LANE, IVY HATCH (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER JUNE 2022

To allow water connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Pine Tree Lane, Ivy Hatch, on or after 16th June 2022 for up to 2 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed in the general vicinity of Sandyridge, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via Stone Street Road, Coach Road, Pine Tree Lane and vice versa.

TERRY’S LODGE ROAD, WROTHAM (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER JUNE 2022

To allow drainage cleansing works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Terrys Lodge Road, Wrotham, on or after 15th June 2022 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed between the junctions with

A20 London Road and Exedown Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via Exedown Road, Kemsing Road, High Street, Bull Lane, A20 London Road and vice

versa.

WOULDHAM ROAD, WOULDHAM (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER JUNE 2022

To allow pole testing works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Wouldham Road, Wouldham, on or after 15th June 2022 for up to 1 night between the hours of 19:00 and 05:00, or until the works have

been completed.

The road will be closed from outside Ringhill Farm to outside Winchester House, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via Rochester Road, High Street, School Lane, Pilgrims Way, Burham Road, Wouldham

Road and vice versa.

YOPPS GREEN, PLAXTOL (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER MAY 2022

To allow water main connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibitin­g through traffic on part of Yopps Green, Plaxtol, on or after 30th May 2022 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed in the general vicinity of Barnes Farm, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternativ­e route is via Tree Lane, Church Hill,

Plaxtol Lane, Tonbridge Road, Bewley Lane, Sheet Hill, Yopps Green and vice versa.

TUNBRIDGE WELLS AREA A229 HIGHGATE HILL, HAWKHURST (PROHIBITIO­N OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022

Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of A229 Highgate Hill, Hawkhurst, on or after 19th June 2022 for up to 1 day between 09.00hrs and 13.00hrs or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed at the junction with A268 High Street.

Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of Caley Road and Rankine Road, Tunbridge Wells, on or after 1st June 2022 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.

Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of Green Road, Horsmonden, on or after 3rd June 2022 for up to 11 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed week days between 08.00hrs

and 18.00hrs, Saturday between 08.00hrs and 17.00hrs and Sunday between 09.00hrs and 13.00hrs.

The road will be closed at the junction with B2162 Maidstone Road.

Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporaril­y prohibit through traffic on part of Kirkdale Road, Tunbridge Wells, on or after 13th June 2022 for up to 5 days between 08.00hrs and 18.00hrs or until the works have been completed. The One-Way Order will be suspended to allow access.

The road will be closed outside numbers 49 to 59.
