NEW ROAD, GRAVESEND. (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022
Because of Southern Water works, Kent County Council
has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of New Road, Gravesend, on or after 1st August 2022 for up to 43 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside McDonald’s.
The alternative route is via New Road, A226 Darnley Road/Rathmore Road, A227 Wrotham Road, A226 Woodville Place/Windmill Street/Lord Street/Parrock Street/King Street.
NORTH KENT AVENUE, NORTHFLEET (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of North Kent Avenue, Northfleet, on or after 3rd August 2022 for up to 3 days between 08.00hrs and
18.00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside number 6.
The alternative route is via North Kent Avenue, West Kent Avenue, East Kent Avenue and vice versa.
MAIDSTONE AREA A2045 WALDERSLADE WOODS, BOXLEY (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER AUGUST 2022
To allow mobile crane works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of A2045 Walderslade Woods, Boxley, on 7th August 2022 and 23rd October 2022 only for up to 1 day between the hours of 04:00 and 14:00, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed at the junction with Impton
Lane for 115 metres west, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is via Walderslade Woods, Fostington Way, Robin Hood Lane, Boxley Road, Beechen Bank Road and vice versa.
FARLEIGH HILL LAY-BY, TOVIL (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER AUGUST 2022
To allow Section 278 works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on Farleigh Hill Lay-by, Tovil, on or after 1st August 2022 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The lay-by will be closed for its entire length, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
There is no alternative route for this lay-by closure.
FARLEIGH LANE, MAIDSTONE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER AUGUST 2022
To allow pole maintenance works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of Farleigh Lane, Maidstone, on or after 1st August 2022 for up to 1 day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed in the general vicinity of The Walnut, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

Because of Network Rail works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Crouch House Road, Edenbridge, on or after 15th August 2022 for up to 1 night between 22.00hrs and 06.00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed at the railway bridge.

Because of carriageway patching, surface treatment and associated preparation, finishing and accommodation works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order prohibiting through traffic on Various Roads, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells, as per the schedule below.
This Order takes effect on or after 15 August 2022 for a period of up to 18 months or until the works have been completed. Planned dates will be published in advance of the works and indicated by signage displayed on site 14 days before they start. This programme is subject to
weather and other factors and may therefore change; every effort will be made to keep as close as possible to the programmed dates and duration. Changes will be notified locally and signposted on site.
