Unpaid work after assault
An Ashford man must carry out more than 200 hours of unpaid work after being found guilty of assault.
In March this year, Eduart Selami, of Watercress Lane, assaulted a man in Canterbury Road, Kennington.
The 29-year-old pleaded not guilty at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court last Thursday (August 14) but was convicted of the offence by magistrates.
He must now carry out 250 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and pay £200 in compensation, £750 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
