Students celebrate learning English with world of food

Successful graduates from an English language course were proud to receive their certificat­es.

The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) course, was undertaken by parents of East Stour Primary School pupils, as well as members of the community.

Margaret Steward, head teacher, at the Earlsworth Road school and Rob Cook, the chairman of governors, presented the certificat­es, with the ceremony followed by a feast of cuisine from around the world made by the graduates.

Siobhan Park a teacher of English as an additional language at East Stour, said she was delighted with the success of the students.
