Drink-drive teen is banned
A teenager has been banned from diving and given a curfew after pleading guilty to drink driving.
Sian Arnold, 19, of Gravelly Field, Ashford, gave a breath test of 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
She appeared at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on August 17 where she was banned from driving for 20 months and given her a four-month curfew to remain at home between 10pm and 7am daily.
She must also pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
