Luke Bur­don scored five times for the Millers, while new strike part­ner Matt Moon – a sum­mer ar­rival from Ash­ford Cava­liers – also net­ted for Willes­bor­ough.

Stan­hope replied with two Dan Cor­nell strikes, while both Jack McKen­zie and for­mer Batch­e­lors SSC for­ward Ryan Cork also net­ted for Brett Ades side.

League new­com­ers Cheri­ton AFC be­gan life in the league with a 3-2 vic­tory at Red Hea­thens.
