Liam Whiting scored twice as Kennington were again among the goals with a 5-0 win at Borden Village on Saturday.
Matt Forster, David Bass and Sam Conlon got the others.
Striker Conlon scored on his return to the club after he and another local boy Ben Jordan left Ryman League, Division 1 South side Hythe to move to Kennington last week.
Manager Dan Scorer said: “Sam and Ben are my best friends off the pitch. We all started out playing for the club’s youth team before going on to play for the Sunday side.
“They have both committed for the rest of the season, which is brilliant news for me and the club.”
All the goals came in the second half, the game turning Kennington’s way soon after half-time when Borden were reduced to 10 men.
Robert Reardon was sent off for a challenge in the box and Bass converted the penalty.
Whiting added two more in quick fashion, before being forced off with a knock.
Conlon got the fourth after Forster hit the post, with the roles reversed for the fifth.
The club’s reserves didn’t fare as well suffering a fourth successive Division 2 East defeat, losing 5-0 at home to Deal Town Reserves.
Rolvenden went top after Tom Winder’s winner clinched a 1-0 win at East Kent College Reserves, their third win in four games.
Willesborough Athletic stay top of Division 3 East despite suffering their first defeat, losing 2-1 at Aylesford. Mark Read was their goalscorer.
