Park Mall’s Made in Ashford store has welcomed five new local businesses.

The Little Red Hen Jewellery, Nicola Jennings Art, Mulberry Glass Art, Juju Art and Somnus and Seb have joined existing businesses in the outlet.

Made in Ashford opened in October 2015 to a positive response from shoppers attracted by the unique products available in the independent-led shop. The store offers something a little more personal and unique.

Also making a return to Made in Ashford are Aye Aye, Lucy Alice Designs, Snapdragon and Mini Medley. Jo Wynn-Carter, town centre regeneration manager, said: “Having the opportunity to test a business on the high street is something that many independent businesses would like to do, but those opportunities are few and far between. “Independent retailers are at the core of the revitalised Park Mall and we welcome these businesses to Made in Ashford.”
