Slow progress

Kent County councillor George Koowaree is investigating the possibility of creating more 20mph speed limit zones in Willesborough. Such zones have recently being introduced in Albermarle Road and Hunter Road, and Cllr Koowaree said a similar one for Osbourne Road would cost £3,000.
