Councillor in Brexit movie

It may not be a blockbuster but organisers are hoping to still draw a crowd when Brexit the Movie is screened at Tenterden Town Hall.

Ashford borough councillor Brendan Chilton, above, who represents Stanhope, will give the opening address at the meeting next Wednesday.

Cllr Chilton, general secretary of Labour Leave and leader of Ashford Labour Group, will answer questions from the audience on any topic connected with the EU referendum after the film.

Entry to the event, which starts at 7pm, is free and open to all.
