Housing devel­oper wins award for qual­ity homes

A housing devel­oper is build­ing a strong rep­u­ta­tion for creat­ing fam­ily homes af­ter win­ning an­other award.

David Wil­son Homes picked up the Best Fam­ily Home Award for the cre­ation of a four-bed­room home, The Pine House, at the Poppy Fields de­vel­op­ment in Char­ing.

The award was pre­sented at the Evening Stan­dard’s New Home Awards 2016, and fol­lows the com­pany’s suc­cess in March when it was awarded a five-star rat­ing by the Home Builders Fed­er­a­tion for the sev­enth con­sec­u­tive year.

The awards were judged by an in­de­pen­dent panel of prop­erty ex­perts along with read­ers of the Evening Stan­dard.

Man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Mark Bai­ley said: “We are ab­so­lutely thrilled to have re­ceived this award, which is tes­ta­ment to the qual­ity and de­sign of our homes.”
