Tammy hits top form

Kent Women’s Tammy Beaumont scored her maiden century for England last week and quickly followed it up with a second five days later. Beaumont hit 104 from 116 balls last Wednesday in their second ODI against Pakistan, helping England to a record total of 378-5 from their 50 overs, sharing a 235-run opening stand with Lauren Winfield (123) as they won by 212 runs at New Road, Worcester. Beaumont then struck 168 not out from 144 balls as England completed the 3-0 whitewash at Taunton on Monday. Pakistan made just 164 all out in reply to England’s 366-4.
