Breastfeeding support group

A picnic will be held in Kennington Hall on Saturday to celebrate breastfeeding.

From 11am to 3pm mums, partners and families are invited to the Canterbury Road hall for the picnic.

Organiser Bronni Sinfield said: “International Breastfeeding Week technically doesn’t start until August 1, but this day fitted in with those that could come and it is to promote it.

“It’s a subject I am very positive about as I am also a breastfeeding peer supporter.”
