Store’s happy customers

Wilko, which has a large branch in Ashford town centre, has the highest level of customer satisfaction on the high street, according to the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI). Rising 45 places since last year, Wilko secured the number two spot in the July 2016 survey, beating high street giants Waitrose and M&S (joint 3rd), Apple (8th) and John Lewis (9th). Online retailer Amazon secured first place. The UKCSI is the national measure of UK customer satisfaction.
