Praise for water firm
South East Water has been praised for its innovative work in improving customer service and dealing with complaints.
For the fifth year running, new initiatives introduced by the company have reduced customer complaints.
And now South East Water’s efforts have received a special mention in a report released yesterday (Wednesday) by independent water watchdog, the Consumer Council for Water ( CCWater). The company achieved the greatest reduction in complaints nationwide for the third year running - down 38.2%.
Sir Tony Redmond, London and South East Chair of CCWater said: “We are delighted that South East Water has managed to turn around its performance.”
