Helping hand for a carer

Bingo staff have called upon residents to nominate an unpaid carer who they feel deserves an extra pair of hands to help.

Mecca Bingo is raising money and awareness for the Carers Trust in a bid to make life a little easier for a dedicated carer in Ashford.

Staff will use the extra hour when the clocks go back to go and help a carer complete some of the tasks they don’t have time to get round to, such as DIY or gardening.

To nominate, entrants must detail the relationship between them and the carer, where they live, what they do for that person and what task they need help with.
