‘Disgusting behaviour from one human to another’

-

On the KentOnline Facebook page you said:

Kirsty Cook: “Time schools woke up and realised a lot of pupils suffer bullying. It doesn’t have to be this extreme to be bullying.”

Jeannette Carter: “This is disgusting behaviour from one human to another. Bullying does go on at Homewood and others schools, I expect. I know of many who have had to take their children out of school because their bullying concerns were not addressed and are now being home-schooled.”

Hazel Goble Golding: “This makes me sick to the stomach!”

Louisa Cane: “This has been going on for years the only difference is now that almost every kid has a mobile phone to record it in and upload it to social media. There always use to be a fight on the playing field/behind the school or by the bike sheds. Difference is you used to be able to punish them more [than] you can today.”

Katie Smith: “I think Homewood is a good educating school, and don’t have a problem with it myself. There is bullying in every single school. They should crack down on all schools not just Homewood.”

Catherine Cartwright: “This is happening all over ... been going on for years ... Bullying needs to become an ongoing priority for schools, not just focus weeks or two.”

Wendy Symonds: “There’s more to this than meets the eye!”

Mandy-Jane Parker: “I think phones for school should be only able to make and take calls for emergency purposes not photos, videos, etc.”

Pauline Richards: “I’d want nothing less than police interaction on every single person in and recording this despicable act of violence, and every person present to get immediate expulsion and their parents dragged into it as well.”
