Skipper Nick Maitland (95) led Stonein-Oxney (271-4) to an exciting sixwicket win in a high scoring Division 1 win at Littlebour­ne.

Maitland hit 12 fours and a six in his 69-ball knock, and was well supported by Owen Price (65) and Stuart Earle (50) as Stone chased down a formidable target of 267, their biggest run-chase in 11 years.

Littlebour­ne had made a storming start scoring 100 off the first eight overs, but slipped to 144-8, before the tail-enders blasted another 122.

Gary Sargeant hit 52 (five fours and two sixes off 76 balls) as Woodchurch (231-9) lost by five wickets at home to Elham Valley (235-5). Richard Elgar (30) top scored for Wye (115) in their 135-run home defeat by Leeds & Broomfield (250-6).

Nick Graham hit nine fours and two sixes in his 69 as Stowting (215-8) beat Smarden (112 – Steve Graham 4-32) by 103 runs.

Matt Lincoln (48) and Ben Fulton (46) were the mainstays as MershamLe-Hatch (198) lost by 13 runs at home to Borstal (211-9).

The Medway visitors last two wickets added 109.

Tobey Castle hit 40 not-out as Challock (103) went down by 10 runs at Linton Park (113-8).

Gary Sutton’s 127 (17 fours and four sixes – 114 balls) was one of three hundreds in the game as Pluckley (258-5) lost by 15 runs at Holcombe and Blue Bell Hill (273-5).

Stuart Young hit 55 as Great Chart (139-7) clinched a last over three- wicket win at Aldington (138 – Paul Parkinson 57).

Neal Watts hit 50 as Charing (116) went down by 142 runs at Frindsbury (258-5).

Skipper Sam Lancaster hit 127 as Brookland (306-6), beat Town Malling (86) by 220 runs in Division 4.

Chris Savage and Matt Ford shared six of the wickets.

Darren Pugh’s latest hundred (116) helped Mersham Sports to 249-9 but he still finished on the losing side in a seven-wicket home defeat by New Ifield. Kingsnorth, 47-0 at one stage, dipped to 99 all-out, losing by six wickets at Borden (100-4).

Rolvenden won and Little Chart lost in Division 5, while Liam Tegg (48) and Alex Rippin (40 not-out) steered Kennington (173-5) to a five-wicket win at Sherwood (169) in Division 6.
