Rainbows on the food trail

Rainbows from the 1st Singleton group explored the fruit and vegetable aisles, bakery, cheese and fish counters and chillers thanks to Tesco’s Explore the Store Farm to Fork Trail, part of the supermarket’s Eat Happy Project.

The girls were welcomed to the Park Farm store on Wednesday to help them learn about the world of food and where it comes from.

They also tasted cheeses and learnt how they are made from milk. The scheme began in 2014, to help of children have a healthier and happier relationship with food. The Rainbows also earned a badge.
