Take a butchers at this new shop

A family butchers has opened its doors in the town centre in a shop that has been empty for 17 years.

Tony and Susan Killingbeck opened the TK Meats shop in the High Street opposite the John Wallis pub on Friday.

The couple from the Isle of Sheppey have taken on the lease at the premises which used to be a sandwich shop. They previously ran a butchers in Feltham, west London.

The new shop also has a deli counter selling pies and ham on the bone.
