Town’s new attraction is flipping good
Ashford’s trampoline centre finally opened its doors weekend to the delight of hundreds.
Visitors of all ages went to Flip Out Ashford, at the Henwood Industrial Estate, on Saturday.
The centre attracted more than 1,000 over the opening weekend.
The 28,000 sq ft site used to be a packaging factory.
Husband and wife Lisa and Steve Wootton have invested £1.8m into transforming it into a site for the popular trampolining brand.
It features dozens of connected trampolines that will allow you to spring, trick or flip off the walls as well as stunt boxes, wall runners, slam dunks, dodgeball, an obstacle course and a free running course.
Mr Wootton said: “The first weekend has been a real success and we are thrilled by the response from those who have already visited us.
“There has been a real buzz about this project ever since we shared our plans and we’re delighted it’s come to fruition.”
