Scott Free­man took 6-19 as Stonein-Oxney rushed to an eight-wicket Divi­sion 1 win at El­ham Val­ley.

Val­ley skip­per Ja­mon Lowis top scored with 21 but op­po­site num­ber Free­man did most of the dam­age as the hosts were shot out for only 53.

James Nor­ton hit 27 for Stone who needed less than 13 overs to reach their tar­get.

An­drew Pask hit six fours and five sixes in his 82-ball 76, as Eger­ton let a win­ning po­si­tion slip in a three-run de­feat at Ash.

Need­ing 173 to win, they reached 167-5, only to lose four wick­ets for two runs, fin­ish­ing on 169-9.

Max Camp­bell (44) top scored for se­cond-bot­tom Wye (143) in their seven-wicket de­feat at home to Bapchild (144-3).

In Divi­sion 2, Alex Mark­wick top scored with 41 as Mer­sham-LeHatch (192) beat Sel­sted (141) by 51 runs.

Smar­den, whose skip­per Tom Berry made 40 out of a to­tal of 125-9, lost by 150 runs at Borstal (275-6).

Lead­ers Stowt­ing were with­out a game as op­po­nents Ley­bourne quit the league be­fore the start of the sea­son. Neil Picton (4-14) and Jamie Wil­liams (4-19) helped bowl out Bearsted for only 71, as Great Chart (72-3) eased home by seven wick­ets.

Jake Sy­monds top scored with 29 as Pluck­ley (119-7) lost by the same mar­gin at Ad­ding­ton Vil­lage.

Tim Cham­bers (79) and Neal Watts (60) bat­ted Char­ing (197-3) to their first win, a sev­en­wicket suc­cess against Hol­combe & Blue Bell Hill (196-5).

In Divi­sion 4, David Har­man (95 not out) and Tom Butt (71 not out) steered Mer­sham Sports to 256-2, as they beat Nor­ton Sports (155) by 101 runs. OIiver Pugh and Alan Stevens both fin­ished with fig­ures of 3-11.

Lead­ers Brook­land (114-1) won by nine wick­ets at Kings Hill (113).

Skip­per Luke Laws hit 57 as Kingsnorth (154-7) lost by eight runs at Har­ri­et­sham (162-9).

Lit­tle Chart’s Craig Tay­lor took 7-31 as Bils­ing­ton tum­bled to 58 all-out, los­ing by 107 runs.

Chart’s Har­ri­son Pack and skip­per Christo­pher Ec­cles both hit 38 in their to­tal of 165.

James Isles hit 53 for Ken­ning­ton (165-6), who won by four wick­ets at Sturry (164-8) in Divi­sion 6.
