Doorstep work wins award

A market research company has won an award for its doorstep and street interviewe­rs.

Facts Internatio­nal won the prize for best face-to-face data collection at the annual Market Research Society Operations Awards at Revolution in London’s Tower Hill.

It is the third time the Ashford company has won the prize for its research – this time for its National Rail Passenger Survey.

Its team of 300 face-to-face interviewe­rs distribute­d 260,000 surveys at more than 700 stations to deliver reports for 20 train operating companies.
