Steve Jonhson hit four goals for Wednesday League leaders Locomotive, in their 5-1 win over Ash Vagas. Loco’s tally was completed with an own goal. McDonalds, in second place, went one better – defeating Lolzors 6-1. Their sharp shooters were the Bromley boys. Toby bagged a hat-trick, while Ben chipped in with a double. Dan Leggett was also on the scoresheet. The top two have now pulled nine points clear of the pack. Third-placed Sliders and All Stars, in fourth, fought out a goalless draw. Spartans and New Inn also shared the spoils. Tom Robson scored Spartans’ goal. In yet another stalemate, Libyans and Stour Centre drew 3-3. Brad McKenzie scored twice and Geoff Strongburg also netted for Libyans, while Arron Baker (2) and John Sutton found the net for Stour. FCS beat All Stars B 2-0 with Barry Arnold scoring both goals. Daisie Burton hit a hat-trick for Ashford Angels under-15s who beat Tunbridge Wells 6-0 in Division 2 of the Kent Girls and Ladies’ League. Briony Hughes, Rachel Sheeran and Rosie Sweatman scored the other goals. The under-12s lost to Grasshoppe­r 5-2 in Division 2, their goals coming from Amelia Barratt and Ella Roper Eve Doughty, Megan Sturmer and Summer Webster scored for Angels under-14s, who beat Anchorians Halos 3-1 in Division 2. The under-16s, in third spot in Division 1, were beaten 6-3 by Canterbury City, the team just above them in the table. Angels’ goals were scored by Molly Lightfoot, Melissa McMullan and Olivia Travers.
