Meanwhile, Bromley Green under-14 girls reached the Winston Sports League Cup final with a 4-0 victory at Ex Blues.

The venue had to be changed 24 hours before kick-off, with the original pitch unplayable. Due to both sides having enough players and the size of pitch, the semi-final encounter became an 11-a-side game, the first for the Green girls.

Two minutes later Lucy Griggs and Roper combined in the opposition half allowing Roper through on goal to make it 2-0.

Just before half-time Bromley Green increased their lead to 3-0 from a corner. Anya Carroll found Shanie O’Leary, who guided the ball in just under the crossbar.

Roper completed the scoring in the second half, blasting the ball past the Ex Blues goalkeeper for 4-0.

Green’s goal came in the first half from Kris Kostov.
