The properties are due for completion at the end of the year, and haven’t been marketed yet, however, they want to give people time to look into the shared ownership scheme to see if they are eligible. The properties will be marketed on the Help to Buy site https:// helptobuyagent3.org.uk/ and also on Moat Housing’s own one https://www.moathomes.co.uk/. Anyone who is interested MUST register on the Help to Buy site but it is suggested you register on both.
