If you like your brownies extra sweet, the Hotel Du Vin in Tunbridge Wells has just the thing to tempt your tastebuds this Easter.

The Cadbury’s Creme Egg Brownie is only available for afternoon tea during April and is for true chocoholics. Chef director Matt Powell said: “For me Easter is about getting together with family, creating great memories and indulging a little.

“I wanted to create something a little different that people can share with their friends and family over Easter.” Afternoon tea includes a selection of mini sandwiches and savouries, followed by traditional scones with cream and jam, topped off with a choice of sweet treats including rhubarb and custard doughnuts and homemade apple candy floss.

There is also a selection of tea infusions created for the hotel by Twinings. Managers have also teamed up with Fever-tree to offer hand-picked gins, paired with their own tonic.
