The supergroup of fiddlers

Described as “Bellowhead with bus passes” Feast of Fiddles formed for a one-off gig back in 1994 and have been playing ever since.

The dynamic line-up now have their sixth studio album out, Sleight of Elbow, featuring plenty of original works.

They bring their 24th annual spring tour to Kent, when they play Chatham’s Brook Theatre this weekend.

The fiddlers all come from many well known bands. Peter Knight from Steeleye Span, Chris Leslie of Fairport Convention, Phil Beer (Show of Hands), Brian Mcneill (Battlefield Band), Ian Cutler (Bully Wee), Tom Leary (Lindisfarne) and Garry Blakeley (Band of Two) mix their playing styles together with drummer Dave Mattacks.
