Rocky (Jane Levy) intends to move to California with her little sister Diddy (Emma Bercovici) to escape their spiteful mother (Katia Bokor). To finance the move, she goes burgling with her boyfriend Money (Daniel Zovatto) and pal Alex (Dylan Minnette). They spy on blind Army veteran Norman Nordstrom, who apparently has $300,000 in his home – but they learn that Norman isn’t helpless. Don’t Breathe is an exercise in nerve-jangling simplicity, which begins as a home invasion thriller but morphs into something far more tense and diabolical.
